On this page I'll describe each Picture on how to make the Clamps.
 
1. Starting with the CAD drawing saved as a DXF file.
2. Converting the DXF to Gcode for the Machine Controller.
3. Using the Gcode in MACH 3 Mill to make the part.

Clamp print for those who do not have a CNC.

Make a block to holder the part to be machined.

Make the block for 1/4-20 bolts on 3" centers. Drill 1/4" holes in the blank.

After Zeroing XYZ over the first hole on the block and bolting down the part to be cut.

Gcode Loaded in MACH 3 Mill

First Cutting Pass

Finished Cut make sure cutter clears bolt head.

Using some Scrap to make the parts, just drill the holes and bolt down to cut.
