There are a number of ways to convert a Mill to a Lathe.
This is just one way to convert an X2 Mill  to a Lathe for small parts.
YouTube  has some more examples.

First Version

Second Version
New way to mount the Lathe Tool on a X2 mill.
Added a Quick Change Tool holder and Rpm Sensor and Taig Lathe Chuck.
The Tool Holder clamps onto the Spindle and uses the two existing bolts.
This makes for a strong setup.
