CNC Drilling Program
 
This program converts a CAD drawing file DXF to gcode for drilling in the sequence of operation with the Tool Table Offset Number.
Plus the Speed and Feedrate are calculated in the program to Save your time. Can also choose how many X and Y positions to keep for each operation performed. 
 
Example: Fan.dxf has 16 holes , 4 for mounting and 12 for Air.

Operation #1 Tool #1
Center Drill or Spot Drill 16 plc's
Operation #2 Tool #2
Drill(1) 3/16" Dia. 4 plc's (all 16 can be drilled for pilot hole your choice)
Operation #3 Tool #6
Drill(2) 3/8" Dia. 12 plc's  (4 plc's are not choosen, 3/16 Dia.)

  • On the above CAD drawing the X, Y points are drawn using the Point Command.

  • Saved in a AUTOCAD R11/12 ASCII DXF format.

  • Then converted to a Gcodes using the Tool Rack program.

    Clicking on Makes the Gcode file.
    Clicking on Edit File opens Notepad for Editing the file.
