With this Low Cost software you can create a Gcode file to.
- Cut these popular Timing Pulleys from the Top using an Endmill.
- .080 MXL .200 XL .375 L 3mm HTD 5mm HTD 5mm T 10mm T
- Cut shapes like Hex ,Square, etc.
- Drill any # of Holes around the Diameter.
- Calculate the Belt Length and Grooves required for the Pulley's Center used.
- Calculate the # of Grooves for the Ratio you want.
- Saves your last Mill settings to a File.
- Calculate 4th Axis Motor Tuning Steps for Mach3 Mill.
- Save on the cost of buying special Timing Pulleys.
What is needed?
A CNC 4th Axis Rotary table and Cutting tools.
If you don't have a 4th Axis on your Mill or Router.
Get some ideas on how to make one at.
Tools used to Cut the 10 Tooth .200 XL Pulley are:
5/64" (0.078) Diameter End mill
1/4" (0.250) 90 degrees Countersink.
